Position: Marketing CRM Specialist FLSA: Full-Time, Non-exempt/Hourly Location: 2252 N. Broadway Moore, Oklahoma 73160 Hours: Monday-Friday 8: 00am to 5: 00pm (occasional nights/weekends for events) General Purpose: Optimizes the website and marketing atomization as a member of the marketing team. Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing. Supervision Exercised: None Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and creative CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist / Content Writer to manage and optimize our CRM system while executing strategic content initiatives. This role ensures efficient lead flow, automated nurturing, and high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.
