Position Summary | |||||||
The Benefits Manager is responsible for managing the Benefits Department for Dental Depot. This includes, but is not limited to managing, developing, maintaining, and updating employee benefits in various systems and vendors. This position will also manage and administer leave of absence and FMLA for Dental Depot. This position will also manage and maintain Dental Depot’s health and welfare benefits in conjunction with the People & Culture executive. | |||||||

Position Qualifications | |||||||
Education: | High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required | ||||||
Experience: | 3 plus years of experience in benefits administration. Experience in U.S. benefits programs and benefits administration management, U.S. benefits compliance and regulations including but not limited to ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ACA. | ||||||
Certifications & Licenses: | PHR/SPHR/CEBS Certification Preferred. | ||||||
Computer Skills: | Must have excellent skills with all Microsoft Office Products and the internet. Experience with Dayforce a plus. | ||||||
