Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Heating and Cooking business within the Worthington Enterprises Building Products group. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs and strategies that drive awareness and increase market share for our propane products. It involves a mix of content creation, demand generation, and sales enablement.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with product and commercial teams internally, as well as distributor partners and external agencies, to produce marketing tactics in support of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing strategies.
  • Create and optimize content for websites, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry media.
  • Manage SEO, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and website content optimization to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with sales to implement lead nurturing programs.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, DemandScience) for lead tracking and campaign management.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communication arts, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in building products, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, inbound marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and paid media management.
  • Strong content creation, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • eCommerce experience a plus.
