Technical Analyst II (Onsite)
Vitu provides innovative, cutting-edge services to the motor vehicle industry. Our namesake solution manages titling and registration transactions in all 50 states and across multiple locations — all on one platform. With the mission of expanding and automating Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) transactions, the Vitu platform is reimagining how drivers, businesses and governments interact with vehicles. The Technical Analyst II is responsible for coordinating and executing the processing of all production control jobs and programs. The Technical Analyst II monitors and tracks production data processes, mitigates service interruptions, provides status on data processes, identifies data quality issues and facilitates their resolution. The Technical Analyst II also plays a role in
event and incident management and continual improvement.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Compensation -
The annual salary range for this position is: $68, 000 - $80, 000
The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.

Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
Working experience in software development and/or testing in an enterprise web-based system
Working experience capturing high level business requirements and decomposing them into user stories or specifications
Working experience creating use cases, user stories, business requirements specifications, functional specifications, process flow diagrams
Working experience writing SQL queries
Working experience communicating, writing, and presenting complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Working experience in delivering software products in an engineering or operations role
Working experience in development lifecycle methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile, iterative)
Desirable:
Scrum Certification or equivalent
ISEB/BCS Business Analysis Diploma or CBAP certification
2-5 years of Working Experience
