Manage a one unit nuclear warehouse staff to comply with the company policies, regulatory commitments, and industry good practices.

Key Accountabilities
•Direct and develop a diverse subordinate staff with emphasis on Vistra Core Values, ensuring materials, parts, and components are received, stored and issued in a safe, efficient and professional manner, to provide quality and reliable service to clients.
•Create and maintain an environment where each person is respected because of his or her differences, and where all can contribute and receive awards based on his or her results.
•Control and track the issue of tools to ensure effective support of plant work activities.
•Write and/or coordinate lesson plans applicable to nuclear warehousing functions incorporating terminal and enabling objectives and test criteria, and train personnel to ensure proficiency.
•Conduct routine self assessments of warehouse activities by conducting bench marking surveys of " best in class, " and by reviewing reports, statistics, work status, warehouse surveillances, and client surveys, to ensure perpetual improvement in excellence, procedure compliance, a high level of productivity, client satisfaction, and corrective action of any negative trends.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
•3+ years of experience in a plant or warehouse setting
•Must have sound knowledge of the following regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures for daily implementation of job functions: 10CFR50 Appendix B, 49CFR172, ANSI Standard N45.2.2, Reg. Guide 1.38, Rev. 1, Vistra Policy Manual, Nuclear Management Guidelines, Nuclear Production Policy Statements, Warehouse Procedures, Nuclear Procurement Services Procedures, selected Station Procedures, and the Safety Manual. Additionally, this position must have some working knowledge of numerous computer data bases for daily operation.
