Sr EHR Analyst, Full-Time, First Shift

The Senior EHR Analyst provides expert-level support for Epic applications, leading complex build, integration, workflow design, and optimization initiatives. This role mentors other analysts, leads major projects, and collaborates with leadership to enhance system design and strategy. Technologies include MyChart, Bedside, Care Companion, Welcome, Hello World SMS, Cheers Campaigns and Telehealth.
  • Minimum Required: Required: Bachelor's Degree**
    ** Four years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum Required: 5 plus years of Epic analyst experience
  • LICENSE & CERTIFICATION: Multiple Epic certifications or advanced module specialization. Required to maintain certifications.

• Lead design, build, and implementation of complex Epic workflows, integrations, and tools.
• Configure and maintain Epic workflows, tools, security, rules, and documentation templates.
• Support collection and documentation of workflow requirements.
• Assist in upgrades, release validation, and new feature implementations.

Testing and Optimization:
• Create and execute integrated test plans.
• Participate in testing activities including execution of test scripts and validation of build changes.
• Perform release note reviews, workflow validation, and optimization activities.

Support and Mentorship:
• Serves as subject matter expert for assigned Epic modules.
• Mentor Analysts I & II on best practices and standards.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex incidents and escalations.
• Engage in Epic TS calls and coordinate with vendor as needed.
• Maintain certification(s).

Governance and Project Leadership:
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Manage medium to large-scale projects with organizational impact.
• Participate in governance, roadmap planning, and operational strategy.
