A seasoned Senior Learning & Development Consultant with at least 8+ years of experience delivering and facilitating impactful training programs both in-person and virtually, within a healthcare environment. the Senior Learning & Development Consultant will specialize in leadership development and professional development within healthcare settings. This role requires a consultative approach and proven experience in creating, curating, and facilitating development programs for all role levels, including Directors and Vice Presidents (VPs), as well as strong skills in change management and evaluating the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, or a related field. | Preferred: ATD certification (APTD/Associate Professional in Talent Development or CPTD/Certified Professional in Talent Development), or SHRM, SCP or PHR. | Minimum 8years of experience.Program Design & Delivery:
  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning solutions (classroom, virtual, e-learning, blended) for diverse audiences, including frontline employees, managers, directors, and senior leaders.
  • Ensure content is inclusive, engaging, and scalable across different audiences and geographies.
  • Employ adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and leverage technology-enabled platforms to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Facilitate high-impact development programs and workshops both in-person and virtually, engaging individual contributors and leaders to drive organizational excellence, with expertise in audience engagement and facilitation.
  • Lead and facilitate leadership development sessions for First Level, Directors, and VP leadership.

Consulting & Strategy:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on employee and leadership development and facilitation, onboarding, and leadership development training tailored to healthcare environments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to assess organizational learning needs and align training content with strategic priorities.
  • Provide expertise on adult learning principles, development consulting, and change management.
  • Develop learning strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning.

Measurement & Evaluation:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback collection, assessments, performance metrics, and data analysis to inform continuous improvement.
  • Define key success metrics and evaluate program effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and business outcomes.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and report on ROI of learning initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with business units, SMEs, and HR partners.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and consultation to leadership and project teams to support successful change management and project delivery.

Technology & Innovation:
  • Stay current on industry trends, leadership best practices, and emerging learning technologies.
