We are looking for an experienced loan administrator to join our team at Rocky River, OH branch (21651 Center Ridge Road, Rocky River, OH 44116). This is a full time, onsite position. Success in this role is not measured with high-pressure sales goals or quotas. Instead, we focus on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family. Branch Hours:

• 9: 00am to 4: 00pm (Mon-Thu)
• 9: 00am to 6: 00pm (Fri)
• 9: 00am to 1: 00pm (Sat)

Schedules consist of 5 days per week, with a rotating day off.

Responsibilities:

• Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
• Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
• Open depository accounts (checkings, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs)
• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
• Ability to work in all areas of the branch

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 6 months of recent Retail Bank Teller experience
• 2 years of recent experience working in a retail branch banking location on the platform with new account openings, equity loan applications and resolving customer issues
• Conventional first mortgage experience is a plus
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Professional grammar and demeanor
• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
