Description:

Provide leadership to ensure that Enterprise pharmacies have all licenses required to operate, meet third party credential requirements, and are current on all Medicare requirements. Ensure all pharmacy licensing (new and renewals), including federal, state, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), is completed timely. - High School Diploma or GED
- Any project management experience
- Any prior experience working in a pharmacy or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skill with high attention to detail

Desired
- Bachelor's Degree
- Any division pharmacy experience- Maintain copies of current Board of Pharmacy reports
- Ensure new stores are enrolled in state plans, including Medicaid
- Ensure all Medicare applications /numbers are current
- Ensure new pharmacies have National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers
- Ensure EasyFill Pharmacy Retail Network (EPRN) team, Allwin, etc. are provided Medicare provider numbers
- Maintain the store facility spreadsheet, as required, for accreditation
- Assist with special projects at discretion of the Manager of Regulatory Compliance & Government Relations
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
