Description:

Manage, implement, and monitor accreditation initiatives for Kroger Health lines of business, including retail pharmacy, The Little Clinic, and Kroger Specialty Pharmacy. Collaborate with subject matter experts to support accreditation activities. Manage and audit performance of policy management system; collaborate with document owners on annual policy review. Coordinate with vendors on appropriate exclusion checks and licensing activities. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in pharmacy and/or healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills with close attention to detail
- Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment

Desired
- Any experience in accreditation related role- Lead projects related to accreditation as a result of opportunities identified through corporate and store audits and Quality Committee
- Assist with accreditation compliance standards and preparing the organization for accreditation surveys and audits
- Coordinate with corporate, division and store teams to prepare for accreditation survey activities
- Perform continuous monitoring of the policy management platform
- Perform and compile results of audits on document review cycles and platform content
- Serve as subject matter expert of policy management platform for document owners and users
- Identify, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions related to exclusion and licensing activities
- Assist with special projects at the discretion of manager or Kroger Health compliance department
- Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies
