Certified Lead Water Mitigation Technician

IICRC-Certified Water Mitigation Technician - Veteran-Friendly Employer Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is a family-owned cleaning and restoration company serving the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus markets. We provide professional cleaning, water mitigation, and disaster restoration services for residential and commercial clients. When customers experience water damage, our technicians are often the first to respond, helping protect the property, reduce further damage, and guide customers through the restoration process. Due to growth in our Cincinnati operation, we are actively seeking IICRC-Certified Water Mitigation Technicians. Compensation: $22.00$24.00 per hour + per-job bonus opportunity, commensurate with certifications and field experience Who This Role Is For: This position is designed for experienced, certified professionals who can operate independently in the field, follow established protocols, and communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and leadership.
