Supplemental Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical/vocational Nurse Lpn/lvns for full-time contract assignments at a partnering supported living center in Gallipolis, Ohio.

Qualifications:

• Ohio Lpn/lvn License
• AHA BLS
• 1 year of experience as a Lpn/lvn
• Prior Licensed Practical/vocational Nurse experience preferred

Licensed Practical/vocational Nurse Lpn/lvn Contract Details:

• $1, 040 - $1, 127 per week*
• 25-week contract with possibility of extension
• PM shift available
• Patient acuity may vary by location
• Supported living center setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Lpn/lvn services at the facility
• Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
