Whether you're a recent trade school graduate, currently in an apprenticeship program, or simply interested in building a career in the electrical industry, we provide the training, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to succeed. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced technicians and engineers, learning how to collect electrical system data, create one-line diagrams, and support Arc Flash and electrical safety projects. You'll also gain exposure to the NETA testing industry, creating opportunities for future career growth. What You'll Do Learn to analyze commercial and industrial electrical systems.Assist with creating and updating one-line electrical diagrams.Collect field data from electrical equipment while following all safety procedures.Open and inspect electrical equipment using proper PPE and company training.Identify electrical components and document equipment information.Work directly with customers and site personnel in a professional manner.Support Arc Flash studies and electrical safety assessments.Learn industry standards including NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and NETA practices.Maintain accurate and organized documentation.
