SCOPE OF ROLEReporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, the Specialist, Talent Acquisition Sourcing is responsible for proactive sourcing and outreach to potential candidates in order to build effective talent pipelines that follow Signature Health's mission to be an "employer of choice". The Specialist, Talent Acquisition Sourcing will also manage talent acquisition projects and be responsible for supporting the recruiting team with open requisition recruiting efforts as needed.
HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED- Proactively source and identify candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites) to build a robust and quality talent pool for current and future opportunities.
- Build applicant recruitment sources, recruitment outreach strategies and community partnerships by researching and contacting a wide variety of resources and services including, but not limited to, community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Provide advisement and market expertise during intake meetings with Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand job specifications, target candidate profile, and develop a sourcing strategy.
- Create, implement, and manage the development of the Signature Health Talent Network.
- Lead Talent Acquisition marketing strategies, including ad creation, campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, Indeed and LinkedIn company pages, LinkedIn Life page, print materials, etc.
- Develop tracking system to measure sourcing and conversion metrics, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, are invited to interviews, receive offers and are hired, make recommendations, and provide reporting to leadership.
- Be an ambassador of Signature Health's culture and values to elevate the candidate experience.
- Strategically research and identify virtual and on-site recruiting events for Signature Health to attend.
- Craft engaging recruiting content and send to passive candidates.
- Identify qualified candidate pools using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) to develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Proactively manage outreach efforts with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
- Research and post requisitions to niche job boards and/or social networking sites.
- Build professional relationships with both internal and external clients, services, and resources to ensure current and future staffing goals are achieved.
- Maintain knowledge of the healthcare industry, employment, and market trends.
- Communicate challenges and provide regular feedback about performance of the sourcing process.
- Expand individual job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Comply with all agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain all aspects of HIPAA, promoting patient confidentiality and right to privacy.
- May be required to perform remote services as determined by Signature Health.
- Adherence and completion of compliance training provided by Signature Health.
- Responsible for and completes all productivity/documentation requirements.
- Participate in all assigned staff meetings and staff development programs.
- Demonstrate appropriate attendance and punctuality in adherence with Signature Health policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources or related field required.
- 1 year of work experience in Human Resources, TA/Sourcing experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with different forms of online recruiting/sourcing resources, including social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed) and crafting Boolean search strings required.
- Experience working in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Excel required.
- Experience working within an applicant tracking system preferred.
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communications skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office/clinical work environment.
- While hours of operation are generally standard, flexibility to work evenings and extended hours may be required.
- Requires periods of sitting, standing, telephone, and computer work.
- Hearing: adequate to hear clients or patients in person, over the telephone or through telehealth technology.
- Speaking: adequate to speak to clients or patients in person, over the telephone or through telehealth technology.
- Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
- Physical effort required: occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 15 pounds, unassisted.
- Possible exposure to blood borne pathogens while performing job duties.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting and sitting, with some lifting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout a regular workday.
- Sufficient dexterity to operate a PC and other office equipment.
