What will you do?- Join Our Team as a MRO Parts Specialist in Oxford, Ohio!

What do you get to do in this position?- Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support and tasks for our Supply Chain operations.
- This will involve stock taking transactions, placing orders for supplies, parts, and components, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential in order to excel in this role.
- Communicate with operations and maintenance personnel on part requirements, obsolescence, and replacement options
- Monitor inventory levels, monitor consumptions and replenishments, make adjustments to safety stock levels
- Communicate with suppliers on lead times, part details, and replacement options
- Review work order details with the requester as necessary to ensure all information, tools and materials are available to perform the required tasks.
- You would also be challenged to develop critical spare parts lists for equipment and manage spare parts organization in the CMMS and Maintenance spare parts crib.
- Would be responsible for procurement of spare parts and materials for work orders when needed.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for success in this role. Additionally, a strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service are highly valued.

- HS Diploma/GED Required
- Minimum 2 Year degree in technical field
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing preferred
- Experience with computers, MS Office
- Ability to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- English language proficiency (reading, writing, oral) is required
