We are looking for a
Spring 2025 Human Resources Intern to work out of our
Fairfield Ohio Plant.
Mission- Supports Talent Managers or HRBPs in managing Talent Management Programs and Projects
Key Responsibilities - Works with Talent managers, HRBPs and People Managers on all aspects of Talent Management.
- Helps the HR Manager in managing the function for an entity/unity.
Main Activities- Coordinate and guarantee that processes as well as HR programs are being correctly carried out.
- Contribute to develop good HR postures for the Line Managers and make sure they become autonomous, by guiding them through the HR tools, systems and processes.
- Guarantee a good social climate
- Contribute to occupational health.
- Participate in employees' professional development.
- Provides consultation to management on Talent, Performance and Competency Management topics.
- Guides, supports and consults with location employees regarding career advancement and employee relations issues.
- Currently pursuing a Business, HR, Psycology, or related field degree.
- Able to start part time in spring 2025 (option to stay full time in the summer).
- Able to work on site at our Fairfiled Ohio Plant.
- Passionate about employee engagement and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to take ownership in dynamic and evolving environments, adapting to changes and challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
