Description:

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $115, 200-172, 800 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Channel Manager in our Cleveland, Ohio location. The Channel Manager is responsible for generating sales and market share growth within the assigned accounts through the development and management of IT, and Datacom Distribution partners. We sell the APC Schneider Electric brand. As Channel Manager, you will have the principal responsibility of leveraging Schneider Electric within said accounts and establishing a business relationship.

What do you get to do in this position?

  • Leverage a portfolio of partners and key market influencers to support territory growth across multiple verticals
  • Define key partner initiatives and support implementation
  • Put a strong focus on customer digital experience and activities as a differentiator for sustainable and profitable growth
  • Work with design resources within region (ASP) to identify and develop partner opportunities within the Data Center Market
  • Responsible for the complete sales cycle and funnel mgt of our Transactional Edge solutions in territory.

  • Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative, and leadership skills
  • Have strong relationship-selling skills within the channel's community
  • Are a self-starter and strong closer with multitasking ability
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 50%
