What You'll Do Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity and conditions that contribute to pest issues. Perform pest control treatments safely, effectively, and according to company standards. Educate customers on treatment plans and preventative solutions. Identify additional service opportunities and earn sales commissions. Maintain accurate service records and route documentation. Safely operate a company vehicle throughout your assigned service area. Maintain company equipment and vehicle cleanliness. Deliver exceptional customer service during every customer interaction. What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications Stable employment history with an average tenure of approximately 2 years or more per employer. Currently employed or recently employed within the last 6 months. Excellent attendance and punctuality record. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience working independently and managing time effectively. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications Driving Requirements Because this position requires operating a company vehicle daily, applicants must meet company driving standards: Valid driver's license. Ability to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance policy. Clean driving record with minimal to no moving violation points. No DUI, DWI, OVI, or other impaired driving offenses within the past 7 years. No license suspensions, revocations, or SR-22 filing requirements within the past 7 years. No pattern of serious or excessive traffic violations. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to walk, kneel, bend, climb, crawl, and work in tight or confined spaces. Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other challenging environments. Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, humidity, and snow. Ability to safely perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
