Description:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and conduct internal audits on processes and documentation according to ISO 9001: 2015.
  • Escalate and create corrective actions based on audit findings.
  • Ensure uniformity in our controlled documentation and document templates.
  • Develop and establish standard templates for quality documentation.
  • Establish and own an organized structure and naming convention for controlled document storage.
  • Maintain QMS documentation and keep them relevant, accurate, and up to date.
  • Maintain the QMS SharePoint page.
  • Work with leaders to develop standard documentation for new and updated processes.
  • Conduct continuous improvement efforts to continually improve QMS processes ensuring usability and accuracy.

Skills / Experience / Education Requirements:

Education: Associates or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information management, Library Science, or Engineering Preferred.

Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Document Control Experience, Familiarity with internal auditing and ISO9001: 2015

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
• Primary - Quality Department but frequently exposed to light manufacturing conditions and extreme temperature
• Steel toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses and earplugs
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. periodically
• Travel may be required up to 10% - 15%
