Key Responsibilities

• Perform Routine Maintenance: Efficiently execute oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, filter replacements, and basic multi-point vehicle inspections.

• Diagnose & Document: Identify potential mechanical or safety issues and clearly document findings for service advisors and customers.

• Maintain Shop Standards: Keep the service bay clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols and dealership regulations.

• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the service team, parts department, and service advisors to ensure quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality.

• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to advance your technical knowledge and career.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a quick lube tech, automotive student, or a strong mechanical aptitude is highly preferred.

• A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.

• Basic set of tools (or a willingness to acquire them).

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
