What You'll Be Doing: The Electronics Test Technician is responsible for performing intermediate to advanced testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic assemblies and systems. This role supports production and engineering teams by ensuring products meet quality and performance standards through rigorous testing procedures. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Conduct functional and performance testing of electronic components, assemblies, and systems using oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and other diagnostic tools. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits to component level. Document test results, failures, and corrective actions in accordance with company procedures. Collaborate with engineering to improve test processes and support root cause analysis. Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Assist in developing and updating test procedures and protocols. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
