As a Part-Time STNA, you'll be the shining star in our residents' days. You'll provide personal care with a sprinkle of kindness, a dash of humor, and a lot of compassion. Whether you're helping someone get dressed for the day or just sharing a warm smile, you'll be making a difference, one small gesture at a time.

What You'll Do:

• Care with a Smile: Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc.) - always with a positive attitude and an eye for making their day better.
• Support and Empower: Be a source of comfort and encouragement as you help residents stay as independent as possible while maintaining their dignity.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Work closely with our amazing team of nurses, CNAs, and healthcare professionals to ensure each resident gets the best care.
• Create Joyful Moments: Help residents enjoy activities, engage in meaningful conversations, or simply offer a friendly presence that brightens their day.
• Track and Report Health Changes: Keep a close eye on your residents' well-being, report changes, and ensure everyone is feeling their best.
