What You’ll Do

• Operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly.
• Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure, as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Check product quality to ensure everything meets customer standards.
• Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes.
• Keep learning and growing with on-the-job training and Plastipak Academy courses.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• A knack for working with your hands and solving mechanical problems.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps too.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

What You’ll Earn

• Depending on your experience, earn up to $25 to start

This includes base pay + night shift premium + double pay on Sundays
