Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective equipment, safety equipment and devices

that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within

this job, proper training techniques must be followed).

2. Set up and tear down cell safely and efficiently.

3. Assembles 1st piece article for inspection.

4. Trouble shoot issues discovered during 1st piece assembly.

5. Stock cell to appropriate levels.

6. Initiates, recommends and/or provides solutions to address issues via the appropriate channels.

7. Follows all process requirements to include policies, guidelines, work instructions and paperwork.

8. Performs daily 5S cleaning.

9. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S, Safety and STW

activities.

10. Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience

Required

6 months demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Internal ORBIS Employee:

• Successful completion of Operator 2

• Less than 3 attendance points

• No disciplinary actions above Verbal Warning

Remain in position for a minimum of 180 days

Desired

1-2 years demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes.
