ORBIS Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift in Mentor, OH. This is a full-time position, and paying $26.00–$36.50/hour.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in a safe and efficient manner using all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety devices or equipment that is required in accordance with all Standard Work documentation. (If Standard Work is not developed for this job, proper trained techniques must be followed.)
- Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment, processing support equipment, utility support equipment, and facility related machinery and equipment
- Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments
- Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment
- Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and hand tools
- Prepare maintenance reports, document and communicate actions, irregularities and continuing needs through the use of EAM
- Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Certification Desired
- Vocational or Technical Degree
Work Experience Required
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
Work Experience Desired:
- Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting
- Blueprint reading
- 2-5 year's demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial maintenance
