ORBIS Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift in Mentor, OH. This is a full-time position, and paying $26.00–$36.50/hour.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements of all equipment.
- Troubleshoot any issues of mechanical devices, correct issues to maintain productivity/quality standards.
- Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
- Control downtime by communicating with all departments.
- Train other employees and new hires as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in safety and communications meetings as scheduled.
- Complete all safety and company compliance training on time and according to schedule.
- Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories, conserve resources when able.
- Prepare maintenance reports, document, and communicate actions, irregularities and continuing needs through the use of EAM.
- Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Experience:
- 1 year of continuous employment
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Blueprint reading
