Description:
What You'll Do- Support core HR functions including recruiting, selection, onboarding, orientation, training, employee relations, and payroll
- Assist with communication and enrollment for benefits, safety, and wellness programs in partnership with functional teams
- Oversee the hourly performance management process and coach managers on addressing performance issues
- Administer HRIS transactions, including payroll changes, status updates, leave entitlements, and attendance
- Support FMLA, disability, and other leave programs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, wage and hour regulations, OSHA requirements, and company policies
- Maintain visibility on the floor and promote open‑door communication with employees
- Participate in professional development to stay current on HR best practices and regulatory changes
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned

Required- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience, including benefits, HRIS administration, employee relations, training, and recruiting
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on business needs
Preferred- PHR or SHRM‑CP certification
- Workday experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or multi‑site environment
Schedule- Monday-Friday, 8: 00 AM-5: 00 PM
- Flexibility required to support 2nd & 3rd shift overlap 1-2x/week
