We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help residents blossom toward greater independence, communication, and quality of life.
🌼 What You'll Do:
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Create personalized treatment plans that help residents thrive
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, families, and rehabilitation professionals
• Mentor Clinical Fellows and students
• Educate staff, residents, and caregivers on best practices and safety strategies
• Make a meaningful impact every day
🌿 What We're Looking For:
• Active state SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred (exceptional CFYs welcome!)
• Passion for resident-centered care and interdisciplinary teamwork
