What Youll Do Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.Process payments for service repair orders accurately.Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.Answer and direct incoming phone calls.Assist customers with questions regarding service visits.Support Service Advisors and the Service Manager with administrative duties.Maintain accurate customer records using dealership software.Help keep the cashier and customer waiting areas clean and organized.Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
