Job Description

MetroHealth is hiring a Registered Nurse- Adult Telemetry 9W in Cleveland, OH. This is a part-time position.

Location: MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick

Bi-weekly Hours: 72.00

Shift: 7p-730a; Rotating weekends, Rotating holidays

Primary Patient Population:

  • Telemetry
  • Mixed Disease Process


Primary skills utilized/learned:

  • Cardiac monitoring, central line dressing changes
  • Various drains, wound care, IV insertions
  • Time management, critical thinking, delegating


Personnel RN will work with:

  • LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, PT/OT, WOCN, Social Work, Case Management


Number of beds on unit:

  • 24 beds

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN
  • Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association
