Essential Functions:

1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
2. Responsible for maintaining company safety environment

4. Responsible for effectively ensuring company procedures and policies are being followed
5. Responsible for training line workers in all aspects of production line work
6. Maintain a professional demeanor and performance in leadership of staff
7. Work in conjunction with other departments for positive production results
8. May work as a Quality Auditor performing continuous inspection of product every hour or more frequently, depending on if the job is complex or critical in its design or use
9. Keep abreast of the rates of the jobs running on the production line
10. Perform all Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions as they pertain to this job
11. Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
12. Responsible for reconciliation to ensure accuracy of job ensuring all paperwork is turned in a timely manner
13. Responsible for effectively ensuring company procedures and policies are being followed
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisor

Education/Certification

High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

Three to six months related experience or training in warehouse production

8. Ability to interpret instructions (both verbal and written)
9. Ability to produce and meet expectations at a high level through your staff
10. Ability to work with plant management for required results
11. Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system
12. Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job
