Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents maximize independence and quality of life in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting!

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with improving activities of daily living, functional mobility, and overall independence
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to deliver patient-centered care
• Accurately document treatment sessions and progress
• Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (new graduate's welcome!)
