What You'll Do:

• Plan and lead engaging daily, weekly, and seasonal activities
• Create uplifting experiences that celebrate life, growth, and community
• Organize special events, themed days, and spring-inspired programs
• Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships
• Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional care

What We're Looking For:

• A warm, enthusiastic personality with a passion for seniors
• Creative thinker who loves bringing new ideas to life
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in long-term care or activities programming preferred
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire others
• Activities Director Certification
