Description:

GENERAL SUMMARY

Under general direction from the Facilities Director or his designee, coordinates all office personnel and services so office and department operations run efficiently. Provides information and budget narratives with reports to aid in budget development; has a working knowledge of laws and procedures governing the function of facilities maintenance functions. Optimizes departmental efficiency, ensures compliance, and drives process improvements. Prepares reports, contracts, agreements, resolutions, and minutes from meetings, maintains appointment schedule and files for Facilities Department. Prepares and processes invoices for department services. Maintains and improves physical and electronic file system to include searching and retrieval of information. Develop and maintain new employee training outlines. The Position does cross-departmental collaboration with Finance, HR, IT
