Training Coordinator
As a Training Coordinator in our Kent, OH location you will be responsible for:
- Providing and/or coordinating training for all employee's such as: required annual safety training, required annual quality training, new hire orientation, operator cross training, PIV training, supervisor training, maintenance training, training for new work instructions or changes to existing procedures and all make-up training.
- Supporting Document Control Program through review of procedures, work instructions and SOP's.
- Conducting annual contractor training and maintain training logs.
- Maintain matrices for qualified operators, electricians and mechanics.
- Maintaining training programs and records that assure compliance with all regulations.
- Updating, maintain and coordinate training employees on all work instructions for the plant.
- Working with production, technical and maintenance to develop and update procedures as changes occur in the Plant.
- Running reports and keep departments aware of the training needs for individual operators in their departments.
- Participating in Incident investigations.
- Participating in regulatory audits.
- Conducting and/or coordinate employee competency audits of safety and quality regulations.
Experience/Education Required: - High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years manufacturing experience
- Computer knowledge required including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience/Education Preferred: - Safety training experience high preferred
- Exposure working with the EH& S team highly preferred
Hours: Typically M-F standard business hours, but this role will require off shift hours, weekends and holidays as needed to support business needs.
Salary Range: $25 -$35/hour. In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
