Production Operator 3rd Shift

Pay: $29.17 plus $1.00 shift differential with a $0.30 increase after 60 days

Shift & Working Hours: 3rd Shift - Monday - Friday; 11: 00 PM - 7: 00 AM.

Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed, hours subject to business needs.

The Rework Operator is responsible for micro fixing of all butter needs for production requirements. Responsible for all record keeping of lot numbers and an accurate inventory. Assist in relief of other plant personnel.

This is a Union Facility, and this position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement.

This role is at a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility for Land O'Lakes, creating dairy products that stand for real, simple goodness. Key Responsibilities:

• Supplying bulk butter for all production needs.

• Operate the reworker equipment with highest standard of sanitation, quality and safety.

• Must be able to operate a Forklift (Tow Motor)

• Maintain a sufficient supply of reworked product to systems to meet production requirements.

• Must be able to C.I.P./clean all butter and reworker equipment.

• Must be able to help in production during relief of production personnel.

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

• 18 years or older

• 1+ years of production/manufacturing experience

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills

Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of production/manufacturing experience

• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements

• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment

• Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present

• Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime
