Description:
Responsible for coordinating, translating, and distributing labor best practices, systems, and processes through communication and use of the Enterprise Labor Management System (ELMS). Coordinate processes and work with Industrial Engineers to ensure proper methods are used in developing standards. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Minimum
- Strong knowledge of labor management principles.
- Experience with labor standards development.
- Experience in labor management training.
- Must be able to work closely with senior Leadership both in Divisions and General Office.
- Store Retail Management Experience
- Comparable Experience
- Proficiency and ability to learn Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects, etc.
- Ability to travel independently.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Labor Forecasting Specialist experience
- Labor Specialist experience
- Responsible for the Enterprise Labor Management System (ELMS) development, maintenance, and coordinated use of the system.
- Identify current labor studies throughout the Company.
- Coordinate and articulate labor processes and practices.
- Coordinate training of Division Labor Managers.
- Monitoring and coaching Divisions on effective labor management and their achieving Division and corporate targets.
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports
