Support commodity manager(s) in achieving category strategic and financial objectives. Own commodity management responsibilities for part of merchandise category. Support coordination of the procurement of commodity items. Maintain specific category and consumer expertise. - 2+ years of experience in one of the following areas: replenishment buying/procurement, merchandising, store leadership, operations, or brand management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral/written communication skills

- Assist in developing sales dollar, unit volume and profit goals understanding pertinent government regulations and other industry-related issues (e.g., sustainability)
- Support creation of reviews of category performance vs. goals and other pertinent category information (e.g., consumer trends), including market share and customer metrics
- Support special projects and travel independently as needed
