- 5-7 years of experience in roles such as account manager, program manager, project coordinator (with exposure to executive stakeholders), or customer success manager/client engagement lead
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic partnership plans
- Background in business development, strategy, corporate development, or vendor/partner management
- History of driving organizational growth, value creation, or transformation initiatives
- Ability to identify business opportunities and align them to organizational priorities
- Strong project and program management experience
- Organizational alignment and communication skills
Desired - Master's degree or other advanced degree
- Execute strategic partnership plans to achieve organizational growth and value creation.
- Identify and secure new value opportunities from partners, driving measurable business impact.
- Resolve complex strategic partner issues, ensuring effective solutions and sustained relationships.
- Implement and oversee governance processes, holding all parties accountable for compliance and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Sourcing, to build and deliver strategic workstreams.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for high-impact partner deals and contracts.
- Lead and own the most strategic partnership negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for the organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and excellence in all partnership activities.
