Responsible for the quality assurance, audience segmentation, scheduling, implementation, and troubleshooting of Digital Communications (email, SMS, mobile push) deployments. Manage the data structure, automations and queries that support the deployment of customer facing communications. - Any understanding of and experience working with large databases
- Any experience using Adobe Analytics
- Any experience with email marketing reputation and list hygiene tools (Litmus, Return Path)
- 4+ years of experience coding complex email campaigns with a level of personalization and understand the email marketing lifecycle
- Strong foundation in SQL, HTML, CSS and AMPscript (Salesforce) for email coding specifically
- Thorough knowledge of email, push notifications and SMS/MMS including channel regulations; thorough knowledge of CAN SPAM act required
- Understanding of database table design and structure
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Ability to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong quantitative skills to analyze data and make informed decisions

Desired
- Bachelor's Degree marketing, computer science, or related area
- Any experience with management of a communications calendar or similar campaign tool
- Any experience using Marketing Cloud solutions
- Any experience with major ESP providers, Salesforce- Execute all aspects of the digital communications deployment process from original audience generation/import to post deployment analysis
- Ensure the accuracy of communication audiences and the timing of communications, performing QA on all aspects of the process
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure they remain functioning as anticipated post launch
- Develop ways to personalize email content based upon customer history, targeting, A/B split testing, live content and more
- Manage the data structure of audience data within our communications platform(s)
- Creation and maintenance of automations built to support the communications deployment process
- Coordinate with the email development, campaign management and analytics personnel to fully execute campaigns
