Description:
Responsible for performing all activities associated with planning and execution of email and mobile messaging. This role will work closely with Campaign Management and 84.51 to activate digital communications with a heavy emphasis on personalized and dynamic content and refined customer segments. - Any experience using Adobe Analytics
- 3+ years hands-on experience in outbound e-mail marketing
- Thorough knowledge of email, push notifications and SMS/MMS including channel regulations; thorough knowledge of CAN SPAM Act
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and account management skills
- Strong workflow management experience and ability to balance multiple projects with tight timelines
Desired
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business or related area preferred
- Any digital communications experience with multi-channel retailer
- Any experience using marketing cloud solution (e.g. SalesForce)
- Any experience working on complex email campaigns
- Success working in fast-paced environment with ability to identify resources needed and reprioritize project tasks while meeting deadlines and goals- Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including but not limited to, drafting creative briefs, testing, QA, and campaign performance
- Work with Digital Communications Manager (Planning and Execution) to schedule all email and mobile messaging
- Schedule mobile messaging marketing activities
- Work with Campaign Managers on creative briefs using industry best practices and learnings from Kroger's email performance
- Utilize various workflow management systems to approve and deliver all necessary assets to Digital Communications Developers for coding
- Interface with targeting teams to ensure proper lists and validate audience size
- Serve as ongoing resource for Kroger and 84.51 Campaign Managers and Creative Services to ensure optimal output and efficient processes
- Use data and insights to evaluate effectiveness of digital communications
- Champion new ideas to help keep pace with rapidly changing digital communications and ecommerce space; educate stakeholders on digital communications best practices and processes
