Description:
Responsible for developing and implementing organizational design strategies that align with business goals, enhance agility, and optimize workforce performance. This role partners with leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to assess current organizational models, identify gaps, and design future-state structures that support strategic priorities, innovation, and growth. Minimum - 5+ years of experience in organizational design, organizational change management, HR Business Partner or leadership development, preferably in a large, complex organization
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational structures and ability to align design strategies with business goals, financial outcomes and operational effectiveness
- Experience with organizational design methodologies, digital tools and platforms
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong problem solving, organizational and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management and project management skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload
Desired - Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational design/development, or equivalent experience
- Experience leading or contributing to organizational change or workforce planning initiatives
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and organizational modeling tools
- Partner with the business to design and maintain scalable, efficient organizational structures that align with strategic priorities, eliminate redundancies, achieve G& A targets and support continuous evolution across departments.
- Develop and enforce organizational design standards, including reporting relationships, decision rights, workflows, and job profiles.
- Serve as a resource for structure-related guidance, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adaptability as business needs change.
- Conduct assessments of current organizational structures, roles, and capabilities using data to diagnose structural challenges and recommend changes to improve spans of control and enable decision-making.
- Foster and build collaborative relationships across business units to understand interdependencies, improve efficiencies and support the company talent strategy.
- Create appropriate timelines of actionable steps that drive accountabilities to meet targets.
- Remove barriers to help foster creativity and create solutions in an inclusive business environment where all associates are respected and engaged.
- Travel 20% to field locations and business sites.
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
- Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
