- Any demonstrated successful application of project management methodology, tools and best practices; possess a broad knowledge of human resource principles and practices
- 3+ years of progressive project management, process improvement or human resource experience
- Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence all levels of the organization

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities

- Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification
- Six Sigma certification- Define project objectives by assessing current state from different points of view
- Conduct assessments to measure impact of change on people, programs, processes, and technology
- Analyze internal data from various resources and market trends to develop solutions for implementation
- Use end-to-end thinking and problem-solve beyond tasks, ensuring associate experience and business support is not compromised
- Lead the creation of actionable deliverables such as communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
- Quantify project progression, define measurements for success and track return on investments
- Work collaboratively across HR teams and business units to gain alignment on the vision for the future state
- Develop effective change management strategies to mitigate risk and ensure project success
- Manage day-to-day operations of change projects to ensure on schedule, on budget, and in-scope delivery
- Execute a change framework and drive continuous improvement activities to enhance internal change capabilities
- Travel 25% to stores, divisions, and corporate offices
