Responsible for architecting, designing and setting the standards for reporting and budgeting analytical systems in Oracle Essbase and Dodeca. Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of data. Serve as the primary Essbase and Dodeca code designer for budget and forecasting reporting systems' databases and process flows. Lead a team of developers in the creation and maintenance of budget and forecasting enterprise reporting. - Bachelor's Degree accounting, finance, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of project management, financial reporting, and/or reporting technologies experience or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience
- 2+ years of experience in a public company, an accounting center or public accounting firm or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent oral/written communication skills

- Work with Strategic Planning and Operational Finance to prioritize work and identify stakeholders
- Provide data and assistance to stakeholders who request ad-hoc rereports in order to make business decisions
- Design Budgeting and Forecasting database structures and process flows
- Develop programming specifications to architect and design reporting using best practices and application service functions
- Develop mastery skills over time on where and how to extract the right data at the right time (i.e., Oracle FRS/SmartView/Dodeca/PowerBI/Azure focus, etc.)
- Lead and/or support business projects, interacting with Essbase and Dodeca developers, for Budget and Forecasting development and testing activities
- Provide training to users
- Coordinate cross-department initiatives and facilitate the definition of responsibilities and business outcomes
- Apply data analysis, data modeling, and quality assurance techniques to ensure data integrity in the cubes and reporting
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
