Support the planning of merchandise flow for promotional activity through the supply chain. Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure logistical support of company/division allocation sales objectives. Create, control, and edit allocation campaigns/events within web based enterprise system. Responsible for the analytical management of data including: gathering, summarizing, evaluating and communicating to key stakeholders. Utilize reporting of enterprise system's data determining the most cost effective way to flow promotional demand through the distribution network (including 3rd party sites). • Perform required analysis including, balancing promotional activity, distribution center capacity, financial performance and inventory levels with the goal of optimizing product flow to support store execution.
• Analyze data from internal and external sources while tracking key performance indicators (KPI's).
• Assist in the deployment of supply chain projects while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders including merchandising, replenishment and operations team members.
• Assist managers in identifying areas of opportunity to maximize supply chain effectiveness by supporting the continuous improvement efforts of the Supply Chain.
• Travel to distribution centers, division offices and Portland replenishment location as needed.
