Description:

Support the planning of merchandise flow for promotional activity through the supply chain. Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure logistical support of company/division allocation sales objectives. Create, control, and edit allocation campaigns/events within web based enterprise system. Responsible for the analytical management of data including: gathering, summarizing, evaluating and communicating to key stakeholders. Utilize reporting of enterprise system's data determining the most cost effective way to flow promotional demand through the distribution network (including 3rd party sites). Balance volume to maintain and improve distribution centers operational efficiencies. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Minimum

  • Perform required analysis including, balancing promotional activity, distribution center capacity, financial performance and inventory levels with the goal of optimizing product flow to support store execution.
  • Analyze data from internal and external sources while tracking key performance indicators (KPI's).
  • Assist in the deployment of supply chain projects while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders including merchandising, replenishment and operations team members.
  • Assist managers in identifying areas of opportunity to maximize supply chain effectiveness by supporting the continuous improvement efforts of the Supply Chain.
  • Travel to distribution centers, division offices and Portland replenishment location as needed.
