  • Helping residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
  • Assisting with repositioning and mobility
  • Answering call lights with a smile (even at 3 AM!)
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
  • Keeping rooms tidy and residents comfortable
  • Providing reassurance, conversation, and compassionate care

  • Current STNA certification (in good standing)
