  • Provide hands-on nursing care to our amazing residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes
  • Collaborate with RNs and the care team
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
  • Help create a warm, safe, and positive environment
🎓 What We're Looking For
  • Active LPN license in good standing
  • Passion for working with seniors
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in long-term care preferred (but we'll train the right fit!)
