Description:

  • Assisting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
  • Helping with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
  • Answering call lights quickly and kindly
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes
  • Supporting meal times and activities
  • Providing encouragement, companionship, and dignity in every interaction
