Drive transformation of the Consumer Community Banking, Finance operating model and user journeys as the ecosystem modernizes from Essbase-centric to Databricks-centric. Partner with Technology and business stakeholders to analyze, automate, and uplift critical monthly and quarterly processes that produce Consumer Community Banking and Firmwide financial results. Own communications and change activities to ensure transparent releases, readiness, and a strong end-user experience.

As a Product Delivery Manager in Consumer Community Banking, Finance Team you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will drive a program to analyze, automate, and uplift critical monthly and quarterly processes used to produce Consumer Community Banking and Firmwide financial results. You will partner across Finance, Technology, and key stakeholders to modernize the Finance ecosystem while maintaining strong delivery governance and execution rigor. You will ensure delivery aligns to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory expectations.

This role supports the Consumer Community Banking, Finance Cube environment and focuses on reducing friction and manual effort across recurring operational cycles (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly). You will help transition key workflows and data journeys as Finance capabilities evolve, including migration from Essbase-based solutions toward Databricks-based data and processing patterns. The role blends product delivery leadership with strong project/program management to coordinate milestones, dependencies, testing, and readiness across teams. Success requires clear stakeholder communication, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate process pain points into actionable delivery plans. You will measure outcomes through delivery performance, user experience improvements, and operational efficiency gains.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Partners with teammates to optimize processes and reduce friction points across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational tasks.
  • Owns and executes the communication strategy for release notes, status updates, outages, and other stakeholder messages (e.g., email, Teams, and meeting cadence).
  • Drives transformation of operating models and user journeys as the environment shifts from an Essbase-centric to a Databricks-centric ecosystem.
  • Partners with Technology to build, test, and deploy solutions that reduce manual tasks, automate validations, and maximize user self-service.
  • Contributes to the migration and transformation roadmap for Essbase data into Databricks, supporting modernized data flows in partnership with other teams where appropriate.
  • Defines delivery scope and requirements with stakeholders, translating process needs into clear milestones, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinates end-to-end testing and readiness (including UAT and production validation), ensuring documentation, controls, and operational procedures are in place.
  • Establishes and monitors delivery and adoption metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and prioritize future enhancements.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Strong understanding of data concepts, database queries, and data platforms
  • Knowledge of cube concepts (e.g., Essbase) and familiarity with ETL and Business Intelligence tools
  • Experience driving process transformation across recurring operational cycles (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting status, risks, and decisions to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Technology teams to deliver, test, and operationalize solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple dependencies, priorities, and timelines concurrently
  • Demonstrated risk and controls mindset, with experience operating in a regulated and/or highly controlled environment


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as LLMs and agentic workflows
  • Hands-on experience supporting Databricks-based solutions (e.g., data pipelines, transformations, or platform enablement)
  • Experience working with financial reporting, close, or results-production processes in a large enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with Essbase and/or financial cube environments and related operating model considerations
  • Agile delivery experience (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) and comfort working with backlogs, milestones, and iterative releases
  • Experience developing and sustaining operational communications (release notes, stakeholder updates, and incident/outage messaging)
