Description:

Join our garnishment operations team and build your career in global payroll operations. You will lead U.S. payroll garnishment processing, strengthen resolution operations and payroll data governance, and partner across teams to deliver automation and process improvements. You will help ensure payroll outcomes are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

As a Lead within our US Payroll Operations Garnishment Team, you will oversee end-to-end U.S. payroll garnishment processing and support resolution operations and payroll data governance. You will work with partners across Payroll, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to reduce operational risk, improve controls, and drive timely resolution of complex issues. You will contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve consistency and efficiency across the process.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end administration of complex U.S. payroll garnishments to support compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Oversee garnishment resolution operations, including research, root-cause analysis, and timely resolution of escalations and exceptions.
  • Provide oversight of payroll data governance to support data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to payroll control standards.
  • Use Oracle HCM Payroll to review, validate, and resolve complex garnishment transactions and related data issues.
  • Partner with Payroll, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve issues and mitigate operational risk.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls and efficiency.
  • Review metrics, trends, and reports to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain audit readiness by keeping documentation, data quality standards, and control evidence current.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge support to associates aligned to garnishment and resolution operations.
  • Uphold confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and data protection standards across all payroll activities.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources.
  • Five years of experience in payroll operations, garnishments, or Human Resources operations, including complex case resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll garnishment requirements and compliance expectations.
  • Experience using Oracle HCM Payroll or a comparable payroll system.
  • Experience supporting resolution operations and operational risk management.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess data accuracy and control effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and escalations in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data governance standards.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience leading or supporting payroll data governance initiatives.
  • Experience using automation tools such as Alteryx.
  • Experience supporting audits, controls testing, or regulatory reviews.
  • Payroll, garnishment or Human Resources-related certification.
